* Drying Principle
The sludge cake is pre-crushed by the stirring device of the feeding hopper, then conveyed by the twin-screw feeder to the main rotating drum, where the sludge will be crushed into small pieces of size 1-3 mm. The wall plates of the drum drives the small sludge particles forward, by lifting and dropping it, while being continuously stirred and crushed by the disintegrating shaft. The specific surface area of the material increases the contact area with the hot air and accelerates the drying process with high efficiency.
